From fitness shoes to garden job is nothing if not varied. I actually reviewed these garden loppers last year for the Mail on Sunday but most are still available and I figured with bank holidays a-plenty on the way timing couldn't be better.

Walk this way...

I spent a week recently wobbling around Walthamstow trying out the latest in fitness shoes and barefoot running trainers for LIVE in the Mail on Sunday. I tried everything from MBT's, Fitflops, TerraPlana, embarrassingly bad Skechers and the weirdly wonderful Vibram Fivefingers (Gloves for your feet!) The 'rocker sole' designs won't do anything for your street cred, but will certainly force you to stand up straighter, while the barefoot runners felt oddly liberating.
